Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-113 regarding budget preparation and submission procedures.

Corrects grammatical error by changing "estimate" to "estimates" in the final sentence regarding approval by the administrative head of budget units.

Applies to budget unit heads who must submit annual or biennial financial estimates and receipts to the governor by September 1 or within 30 days thereafter with director approval.

Requires submitted budget estimates to include detail for state general fund and cover the next two fiscal years for biennial budget units or next fiscal year for annual budget units.
