Amends Laws 2008, chapter 64, section 2 to extend the conditional enactment deadline for motorcycle emissions testing exemptions from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2014

Section 49-542 Arizona Revised Statutes becomes effective only if the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issues a vehicle emissions testing exemption for motorcycles in area A for state implementation or maintenance plan purposes by the deadline

Requires the director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality to notify the Arizona Legislative Council in writing when the EPA exemption condition is met or if it is not met

Designated as an emergency measure operative immediately upon enactment, approved by the governor on April 11, 2012
