Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-903 regarding motorcycle operation on laned roadways.

Removes the prohibition on motorcycles overtaking and passing in the same lane occupied by the vehicle being overtaken.

Removes the prohibition on operating a motorcycle between the lanes of traffic or between adjacent rows of vehicles.

Retains the requirement that motorcycles shall not operate more than two abreast in a single lane.

Removes the exception for peace officers performing official duties related to the deleted prohibitions.
