Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-276 to clarify the applicability date for conservation easements.

Changes the reference from "its effective date" to a specific date of "August 7, 1985" for when the article applies to interests created.

Applies to any interest created after August 7, 1985 that complies with the article, regardless of whether it is designated as a conservation easement or another type of interest (covenant, equitable servitude, restriction, easement, or otherwise).

Preserves the enforceability of any existing interests that qualify as conservation or preservation easements under other Arizona state law, even if they do not meet the specific article requirements.
