Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-407 regarding municipal court presiding officers and handling of fines or forfeitures.

Modifies language to clarify that a presiding officer who knowingly receives a fine or forfeiture and knowingly fails, refuses, or neglects to pay or disburse it according to law within 30 days of receipt is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.

Makes technical corrections to punctuation and grammar in the statute, including removal of redundant language and clarification of requirements.
