• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-236 regarding youth employment and cease and desist orders.

• Modifies language in cease and desist orders to require the order "shall state" (instead of comma placement) that the alleged violator is entitled to a hearing if requested in writing within 20 days of issuance.

• Maintains requirement that cease and desist orders state with particularity the violation and the specific requirement, provision, rule, or regulation being violated.

• Preserves civil penalty provision of not more than $1,000 against the person named in the order, with penalty payable to the general fund.
