Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-911 regarding restoration of civil rights.

Changes language from "provisions of sections" to "section" in reference to civil rights restoration statutes 13-909 or 13-910.

Maintains that restoration of civil rights is within the discretion of the presiding judge of the superior court in the county where the person resides.

Described as a technical correction to existing civil rights restoration law.
