Establishes a registry maintained by the Secretary of State for Arizona residents who are former members of U.S. uniformed services (including reserve and national guard) to record their asbestos exposure during military service.

Requires registrants to submit their name, address, DD Form 214 (certificate of release or discharge from active duty), evidence of asbestos exposure location/date/duration, and any clinical diagnoses related to the exposure.

Restricts public access to the registry but allows disclosure for official purposes of the Arizona Department of Veterans' Services or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Adds this asbestos registry requirement to the existing duties of the Secretary of State as codified in Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-121.
