Adds section 23-1503 to Arizona Revised Statutes regarding compensatory and punitive damages limits for employee claims against employers.

Caps combined compensatory and punitive damages at $50,000 for employers with 1-99 employees in each of 20+ calendar weeks in the current or preceding year.

Increases damage cap to $100,000 for employers with 100-199 employees in each of 20+ calendar weeks in the current or preceding year.

Increases damage cap to $200,000 for employers with 200-499 employees in each of 20+ calendar weeks in the current or preceding year.

Sets damage cap at $300,000 for employers with 500 or more employees in each of 20+ calendar weeks in the current or preceding year.
