Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-901 to increase instructional hour requirements for full-time students in common schools and high schools.

Increases required hours for grades 1-3 from 712 hours to 892 hours for a 180-day school year.

Increases required hours for grades 4-6 from 890 hours to 1,070 hours for a 180-day school year.

Increases required hours for grades 7-8 from 1,000 hours to 1,180 hours for a 180-day school year.

Increases required hours for high school students from 720 hours to 900 hours for a 180-day school year.
