Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 13-3101 to expand the definition of "prohibited possessor" to include persons convicted of domestic violence offenses.

Adds a new category (subsection f) making individuals convicted of any offense involving domestic violence as defined in § 13-3601 permanently prohibited from possessing firearms.

Removes language from existing probation restrictions that specifically referenced domestic violence offenses, consolidating domestic violence convictions into a separate permanent prohibition category.

Applies the prohibition to domestic violence convictions whether occurring in Arizona or any other jurisdiction.
