Amends Section 28-6547 to remove authorization for the Safety Enforcement and Transportation Infrastructure Fund to support construction and maintenance of transportation facilities in the CANAMEX high priority corridor as defined in the National Highway System Designation Act of 1995.

Renumbers remaining fund uses (activities related to transportation and trade data collection, and federal matching commitments) after deletion of the CANAMEX corridor provision.

Creates new Section 38-450 prohibiting the state of Arizona, state officers, and state employees from participating in the CANAMEX corridor coalition, which is an affiliation of state governors.
