Repeals the Arizona international development authority established in Title 41, Chapter 45 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, including sections 41-1292 and 41-3019.03.

Removes requirement for the Department of Transportation to provide general administrative support, equipment, office and meeting space to the Arizona international development authority.

Eliminates authority for the Department of Transportation to provide funding from the Safety Enforcement and Transportation Infrastructure Fund to the Arizona international development authority for border transportation facility planning, development, and construction.

Repeals sections 61 and 63 from Laws 2009, Chapter 187 related to the authority's establishment and operations.
