Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-425.01 regarding home health agency licensure and definitions.

Changes subsection B.3 from "Meets all department licensure requirements" to clarify the language applies to agencies that are Medicare-certified and already state-licensed for at least one year.

Corrects subsection D to align the definition of "home health agency" with the definition prescribed in Section 36-151.

Maintains the department's full authority to oversee licensed home health agencies and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.

Preserves the department's ability to issue licenses with a licensure period not exceeding two years.
