Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 26-1003 regarding the Code of Military Justice and jurisdiction to try personnel.

Clarifies that a person discharged from the National Guard who is later charged with fraudulently obtaining that discharge is subject to court-martial and remains subject to the military code while in custody.

Provides that upon conviction of fraudulent discharge, the person may be tried by court-martial for all offenses under the military code committed before the fraudulent discharge occurred.

Reaffirms that a person who has deserted from the National Guard remains subject to military jurisdiction under this code regardless of any subsequent separation from service.
