Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1805 regarding violations related to critical infrastructure information.

Corrects grammatical language by replacing "who" with "that" when referring to governmental employees and entities that submit or receive critical infrastructure information.

Maintains existing criminal penalty: knowingly publishing, divulging, or disclosing protected critical infrastructure information remains a class 5 felony.

Removes reference to the definition of critical infrastructure information in section 41-1801 from the violation statute.
