Amends Section 26-126 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to military affairs.

Removes the phrase "the provisions of" from subsection A, which addresses penalties for knowingly failing to provide information or providing false information to a county recorder or enrolling officer.

Maintains existing penalties: Class 2 misdemeanor for individuals who fail to provide accurate information, and petty offense for county recorders or enrolling officers who fail to perform duties or falsify records.

Constitutes a technical correction to statutory language without changing the substance of the law.
