Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-451.01 regarding the power of unified school districts to use outstanding bond authorizations from former common or high school districts.

Removes redundant language "the provisions of" from subsection B, clarifying that bonds shall be issued pursuant to the article's requirements.

Removes redundant language "The provisions of" from subsection C and corrects the constitutional reference from "article 9" to "article ix" (Roman numeral format).

Maintains that outstanding bond authorizations remain in full force and effect when districts merge into a unified school district, with the unified district obtaining all powers to issue those bonds.

Preserves the restriction that bond indebtedness cannot exceed the percentage limitation prescribed for unified school districts under the Arizona Constitution.
