Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 42-1008 to prohibit employees of the Department of Revenue from preparing or assisting in the preparation of tax returns for compensation at any government level (federal, state, or local).

Changes the disciplinary language from "grounds for immediate discharge" to "grounds for immediate dismissal" for violations of the prohibition.

Adds the word "the" before "state" in the statutory text for grammatical correction.
