Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 44-1222 regarding unordered merchandise to clarify exemptions from the gift rule for unsolicited goods.

Removes the word "or" from subsection B.1 and B.2, changing the structure of exceptions that previously used "or" conjunctions to a numbered list format.

Adds "any" before "other property, material or other thing of value" in subsection B.3 to clarify the scope of substantially equivalent substitute property exemptions.

Adds new subsection B.4 to exempt property mailed to a person pursuant to an order, request or application made by another person.
