Increases aggregate contribution limits for candidates: legislative offices from $16,150 to $25,000, non-legislative offices from $10,020 to $10,880, and statewide offices remain at $100,000.

Increases the annual aggregate contribution limit for individuals across all state and local candidates/committees from $5,610 to unspecified amount (maintains exemptions for political parties and independent expenditure committees).
