Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-864 regarding timing of motions and hearings for dependent children.

Allows courts to order or permit filing of motions for termination or permanent guardianship before the permanency hearing is held, and to consolidate or reorder hearings.

Requires permanency hearing be held no later than the time prescribed in Section 8-862, subsection A.

Requires termination hearing be held no later than the time prescribed in Section 8-862, subsection D, paragraph 2.

Corrects technical reference by changing permanent guardianship hearing timeline from subsection E to subsection F of Section 8-862, paragraph 2.
