Amends section 36-2907, Arizona Revised Statutes, to modify covered podiatry services under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Removes the requirement that podiatry services be ordered by a primary care physician or primary care practitioner, allowing broader access to podiatry services.

Maintains the existing exclusion that podiatry services do not include services performed by a podiatrist for eligible persons who are at least 21 years of age.

Applies to AHCCCS contractors who must provide medically necessary health and medical services to enrolled members.
