Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44, Chapter 11, Article 6 by adding section 44-1691.01 regarding consumer reporting agencies and fair credit reporting.

Requires a person to provide written notice to a consumer before submitting negative information about the consumer to a consumer reporting agency.

Applies to information that would negatively affect the consumer's credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living.

Notice requirement covers information submitted for purposes of determining eligibility for credit or insurance for personal, family, household, or employment purposes, or other purposes authorized under section 44-1692.
