Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 6-1202 to allow limited liability companies to apply for and obtain licenses as money transmitters, in addition to corporations previously authorized.

Permits both domestic and foreign limited liability companies organized and in good standing under applicable law to be licensed, matching the same requirements that apply to corporations.

Updates language throughout the statute to replace gender-specific pronouns ("he," "his") with neutral terms ("the person") for consistency and clarity.

Corrects grammatical issues and clarifies that the licensing requirements apply to entities organized under state or foreign law that are authorized to do business in Arizona.

Effective upon gubernatorial approval on March 16, 2012.
