Allows faculty members at Arizona community colleges, provisional community colleges, and universities to carry concealed firearms on campus if they possess a valid concealed carry permit under Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3112.

Defines "faculty member" as employees with titles of professor, associate professor, assistant professor, instructor, or lecturer who conduct classroom or teaching activities.

Excludes visiting, adjunct, research, clinical, teaching assistant, associate, and research assistant positions from the definition of faculty member.

Applies to institutions under the jurisdiction of community college districts, provisional community college districts, and the Arizona Board of Regents.
