Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 39-204 regarding publication of notices in newspapers.

Changes language in subsection C.2 from "in the county which" to "in the county that" for grammatical correction.

Removes commas after "board" in three locations (subsections C.1, C.2, and C.3) for consistency in punctuation.

Clarifies that when no newspaper is printed within a county, publication may be made in an adjoining county newspaper that has general circulation in the original county.
