Adds new subsection G prohibiting pupils enrolled in both a school district/charter school and Arizona online instruction from generating online instruction average daily membership (ADM) between May 1 and July 31.

Allows public schools to charge tuition if a student enrolls in Arizona online instruction between April 1 and July 31.

Renumbers subsequent subsections (G becomes H, H becomes I, I becomes J) to accommodate the new provision.

Maintains existing funding provisions for full-time online students at 95% of base support level and part-time online students at 85% of base support level.
