Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-1326 regarding blood alcohol testing procedures and analyst permits.

Director of the Department of Public Safety shall adopt rules for approving methods to analyze blood and bodily substances for alcohol concentration.

Director of the Department of Public Safety shall issue permits to analysts who demonstrate ability to accurately analyze blood or bodily substances for alcohol concentration.

Director of the Department of Public Safety may revoke an analyst's permit if the analyst demonstrates inability to accurately perform testing or fails to follow adopted rules.

Changes reference from "Department of Health Services" to "Department of Public Safety" regarding the authority that establishes rules for blood analysis procedures.
