Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-4138 regarding charges of violations for mandatory motor vehicle insurance.

Changes reference from "sections" to "subsections" in subsection A to correct terminology when referring to violations of section 28-4135, subsections A or B.

Clarifies that only one penalty shall be imposed against a person charged and found to have violated both subsections arising from the same series of acts.

Maintains that suspensions imposed pursuant to section 28-4135 are in addition to any suspensions imposed by the department under the article.

Allows courts to order suspensions issued under section 28-4135 to run concurrently with suspensions ordered by the department when imposing civil penalties from the same series of acts.
