Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-883 to establish automatic reciprocity for disabled parking privileges across state and international jurisdictions.

Allows nonresidents with vehicles licensed in other states or foreign countries displaying valid disabled parking placards or special plates to receive the same parking privileges as Arizona residents with disabilities.

Eliminates the requirement for a written agreement between Arizona and other jurisdictions for disabled parking reciprocity to take effect.

Recognizes international symbol of access special plates and placards issued by other states and foreign countries as valid in Arizona.
