Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-1822 regarding selection of designated representatives to the multistate highway transportation agreement cooperating committee.

Allows the senate transportation committee chairperson and house transportation committee chairperson to either serve as designated representatives themselves or designate other legislators or state agency officials to represent Arizona.

Requires each house committee chairperson to designate one alternative designated representative from among legislators or state agency officials to serve during absences.

Makes a technical correction by changing "their" to "the chairperson's" in subsection B to clarify grammatical reference.
