Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-320 regarding jury trials in justice of the peace courts.

Allows either the state or defendant to demand a jury trial at any time before the trial commences.

Removes the previous requirement that jury trial demands must be made at least five days before the trial begins to avoid waiver of that right.
