Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 29, Article 1 by adding section 36-2923.01 regarding the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Requires employers with at least 100 employees in Arizona to reimburse AHCCCS for the cost of services provided to their employees who are AHCCCS members.

Applies to both full-time and part-time employees of covered employers.

Reimbursement requirements to be implemented through rules adopted by the AHCCCS administration.
