Amends section 34-255 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding contracts in restraint of trade or commerce.

Maintains prohibition on persons convicted of violating section 34-252 from entering into contracts with governmental agencies for up to three years from conviction date, either directly or indirectly as subcontractors.

Clarifies that courts may prescribe employment restrictions for convicted persons at corporations engaged in public work contracts with governmental agencies for up to three years.

Corrects technical spelling error by changing "corporaton" to "corporation" in subsection B.
