Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2919 to prohibit use of automated systems to send text messages for solicitation purposes, in addition to the existing prohibition on automated telephone calls and recorded messages.

Expands the definition of prohibited automated solicitation to include text messages used to solicit purchases of goods or services or to request survey information intended for solicitation purposes.

Maintains existing penalty structure: violations remain classified as a class 2 misdemeanor.
