Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3918 regarding search warrant execution and return procedures.

Changes the deadline for returning executed search warrants to a magistrate from three court business days to four court business days after execution.

Modifies the language from "Upon expiration" to "On expiration" of the five-day execution period regarding warrant voidness.

Maintains existing provisions that search warrants must be executed within five calendar days of issuance, with possible extension of no longer than five additional calendar days.

Keeps requirement that court documents related to search warrants remain confidential until warrant return or voidness, unless a magistrate orders otherwise.
