Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 39 by adding Chapter 3 regarding public notices through the internet.

Allows entities required by law to publish notices in newspapers to alternatively publish those notices on a designated website accessible through the public internet for the same duration specified by law.

If the number of publication times is not specified in the law, the minimum notice period through the internet is determined by section 39-204.

Provides flexibility for public notice distribution while maintaining equivalent public access through digital means instead of traditional newspaper publication.
