Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 48-802 to add restrictions on family members serving on fire district boards simultaneously.

Prohibits immediate family members who shared the same household within the four years prior from serving at the same time on a district board.

Bars immediate family members with shared household residence within four years prior from being candidates for nomination or election to the same district board, except when the existing member is in their final year of service.

Prevents immediate family members with shared household residence within four years prior from running as simultaneous candidates for the same district board.

Defines "immediate family" as married couples and their children, and "household of residence" as the place of abode or voter registration/property tax address during applicable time periods; allows qualified electors to enforce these restrictions through superior court action.
