Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-506.01 regarding denial, suspension, revocation or change of license for child welfare agencies.

Adds the phrase "to" before "the applicant or holder of the license" in the provision requiring written notice of suspension or proposed denial/revocation or other material changes in license status.

Maintains existing procedures allowing applicants or license holders to request a hearing within twenty days of receiving written notice of proposed denial, revocation, suspension or change.

Preserves hearing requirements including the right to subpoena witnesses, present testimony and confront witnesses, with hearings to be held within ten days of request.
