Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-558 to make a technical correction regarding special district mail ballot elections.

Changes the term "board" to "governing body" when referring to the authority that must obtain approval from county supervisors before conducting mail ballot elections.

Requires special districts to obtain approval from the board of supervisors of the county where the district is located before publishing the call for a mail ballot election.

Specifies that special district mail ballot elections must be conducted in accordance with article 8 of chapter 16 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
