Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 19-119 regarding deceptive mailings in elections.

Prohibits individuals or committees from mailing or delivering documents that falsely claim to be authorized, approved, required, sent or reviewed by state, county, city, town or other political subdivision governments.

Establishes civil penalty of twice the cost of the mailing or $500, whichever is greater, for violations.

Allows the attorney general, county attorney, city or town attorney, or other legal representatives of political subdivisions to assess the civil penalty.
