Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-149 to make technical corrections to language governing disposition of private funds received by state departments, institutions, boards, and commissions.

Changes grammatical references from "which" to "that" and from "such" to "the" or "those" throughout the statute for improved clarity.

Changes "shall" to "which" when referring to warrants or electronic funds transfer vouchers issued by the department of administration.

Changes "upon" to "on" in the requirement that warrants or vouchers shall only be issued on adequate vouchers approved by authorized personnel.

Maintains existing exemptions for university dining halls, dormitories, bookstores, student activities, federal monies, private student monies at educational institutions, and private monies of patients or inmates at state institutions.
