• Requires federal law enforcement officers to notify the county sheriff before taking any official law enforcement action in an Arizona county, unless such notification would impede the federal officer's duties.

• If advance notification to the sheriff is not possible, federal law enforcement officers must notify the sheriff as soon as practicable after taking the action.

• Adds section 11-453 to Arizona Revised Statutes under Title 11, Chapter 3, Article 2, establishing notification requirements between federal and county law enforcement.
