Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-239 to distinguish accreditation requirements for homeschools versus other schools.

Requires the Arizona Department of Education to establish standards and procedures for accreditation of homeschools and provide state accreditation to all homeschools meeting these requirements.

Limits the existing accreditation authority for non-homeschools, specifying that the department may only establish standards and procedures for schools "other than homeschools" requesting state accreditation.

Maintains existing provisions allowing the department to adopt implementation guidelines and conduct financial, compliance, and average daily membership audits of school districts and charter schools.
