Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-2333 regarding meetings of agricultural improvement district boards of directors.

Changes the notice requirement for special board meetings from "Three days" to "Three-days'" (grammatical/technical correction to the hyphenation of the term).

Maintains existing requirements that special meetings be ordered by the board president or majority of members and specify the business to be transacted.

Preserves requirements for public meetings, quorum standards (majority of members), and secretary record-keeping for board proceedings.
