Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-119.03 regarding performance audits of the Arizona Supreme Court.

Requires the auditor general to conduct performance audits of the administrative office of the courts at the request of the joint legislative audit committee, limited to the administration, operation, and programs of the supreme court.

Mandates the auditor general submit audit copies to the president of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, and the chairpersons of both the senate and house judiciary committees.

Requires the senate and house of representatives judiciary committees to meet jointly and hold a hearing on the audit.
