Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2985 regarding the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Requires the administration to enroll children whose household income is between 100% and 150% of federal poverty guidelines, notwithstanding any enrollment caps.

Maintains existing provisions allowing the director to stop processing new applications if funding is insufficient after consulting with the governor.

Allows the administration to immediately stop processing applications and terminate the program if federal funding is eliminated or significantly reduced.
