Allows possession of legal weapons, devices, ammunition, or magazines that are not authorized for taking wildlife while hunting, provided they are not used to take wildlife.

Makes it a class 1 misdemeanor to take wildlife using a weapon, device, ammunition, or magazine that is not authorized to take that wildlife.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes title 17, chapter 3, article 1 by adding section 17-305.
