Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 25-408 regarding child relocation requirements and procedures in custody cases.

Increases the distance threshold for requiring advance notice before relocating a child within Arizona from 100 miles to 125 miles.

Maintains the requirement that a parent with custody or parenting time must provide at least 60 days' advance written notice before relocating a child outside Arizona or more than 125 miles within the state.

Preserves the noncustodial parent's right to petition the court within 30 days of receiving relocation notice to prevent the move based on the child's best interests.

Requires courts to consider multiple factors when determining whether relocation is appropriate, including the child's emotional and developmental needs, the quality of life improvements, and the ability to maintain meaningful contact with both parents.
